A brokerage handles a lot of information in various formats: emails, meeting notes, questionnaires, documents, etc. With Little John, everything is centralized and structured.
Today, brokers have to enter the same information multiple times into different internal systems and with insurers: this is tedious and prone to errors.
With Little John, checks are carried out upstream: each document is checked, renamed, and automatically filed in the EDM system. At the audit stage, the file is ready.
